‘the only place i’ve ever known’ is an album about self reflection, growing up, the experiences around you, and is a snapshot of years of hard work and intricate songwriting from the 4 of us. we hope you all feel connected to this album and hear the different stages of life we were all in as the album progressed. we’ll share many story’s behind each song in the coming weeks, but as of now this collection of work is who we are and are excited with how it turned out. with it being such a reflection of ourselves we’d like to individually share some thoughts to all of you:

joey: this has been one of the most vulnerable and exciting moments of my life. to be able to share with you all my thoughts and experiences has been the greatest achievement i’ve ever felt.

jacob: I hope that when you listen to these songs, they can help you feel something you may have been missing, whether that’s being understood, venting frustrations, or you just need to jam out.

nate: the album is a culmination of three years of the band growing and evolving together musically, emotionally and personally. there’s a representation of the people we are and the people we were throughout the making of the album; im truly honored and proud to be apart of this group that i can call my best friends :)

josh: I wanted to encapsulate my personal feelings and the life events that have happened over the time it’s taken to write this album. The memories of people coming in and out of my life and how it feels to reflect on those memories.
